Please read these terms and conditions carefully. When you make a reservation, you are entering into a legally binding contract, the terms of which are set out in these conditions.
The contract for a short- term holiday rental will be between Gamekeeper’s Hide and the person making the booking and all members of the holiday party. The party leader must be at least 18 years of age at the time of booking a
Provisional reservations can be accepted by email, chosen dates will be held and must be confirmed within 5 days upon receipt of 30% of the total holiday price. Bank details for money transfers will be provided upon booking and an email receipt will be sent for any monies paid.
The owner reserves the right to refuse to accept a booking.
Once confirmation, the hirer is responsible for the total advertised price as advised by owner including any additional charges for cleaning, late checkouts etc.
For bookings made less than 42 days before arrival the total amount of rental is payable. The final balance is to be paid 42 days before the start of the booked holiday. Overdue payments of more than 5 days may be treated as cancellation.
A £150 returnable security deposit may be requested paid with your final balance. You will be required to make this payment by bank transfer alongside your final balance before arrival at your accommodation. This amount is fully refundable within 2 weeks of your departure, providing the property is left clean and tidy, that there have been no breakages and extra cleaning required.
Any cancellation must be in writing by email to: debbiejdalston@btinternet.com. The deposit is then held as the hirer remains, as stated in paragraph 3, liable for the full balance of hire. Should Gamekeepers be re-let, funds held will normally be refunded less a charge of £50 for any additional expenses incurred in securing an alternative booking.
All 7 day bookings are from 16:00 Saturday until 9:30am Saturday
Dogs allowed by discussion and agreement a a cost of £10 per dog.
When staying at the property you are responsible to take reasonable care of its furniture. fittngs and effects in our property. You must leave them in the same state of repair, and in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as the beginning. We rerequest noise to be kept to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 7am. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the property or in any of the estate’s communal areas.
